Raven Mask WIP

This is another mask pattern made during a darker period of my life that I picked back up again. So unfortunately there are not many pictures of its sculpting progress. You will notice the changes in shapes made between the sculpture and the test pattern; the test is much more rounded and lifelike vs where it started.

I am attempting to have this raven mask ready in the first week of October so people have time to make it for Halloween.

The pins are marking line of sight from the human eye.

The pin marks line of sight of the human eye. I am aggressively wanting to improve the vision in my masks vs the oldest designs.

I had some really good shapes going here and it's not too different from where the prototype went especially in the eye area.

Side view. I just mirrored the pieces I had drawn. There are no eyelids here but they will be on the finished mask.

Front view. It's a little squashed because I prototyped it in printer paper but all the right shapes are there!

3/4 view. I like the rounder shapes I ended up with. I had to remake the chin feather zone but otherwise it's ready to be turned into instructions.
